Qn1:Why is the Oracle SRM CUSTOM AUDIENCE Status still showing "Waiting", even after 24 hours since creating Custom Audience?
Qn2:On what criteria does Facebook match audience sent from SRM, is it by email id or Facebook id?
Qn3:If data is uploaded through csv directly through SRM, there is an option to choose out of (email, phone, Facebook ID) to match against the Facebook users.
What is the parameter considered when uploading Custom Audience data through Eloqua?
Qn4:When certain audience is sent from Eloqua to Custom Audience in SRM, there are some users who have the Facebook matches & there are those who do not get matched.
Do we get a response back in Eloqua confirming the list of users who could not be matched against the Facebook IDs?
If yes, does it tell only the number of users, or the list of these users can also be accessed?
