Search not returning Customers
By default, clicking on Contacts icon displays ‘My Contacts’ search. This only includes contacts of type ‘Contact’ and not of type ‘Customer’.
When clicking on Advanced Search, a search can be created and saved that does display Contacts of type ‘Customer’ in a list (our customers are called Advisers).
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Click on Contacts, which displays ‘My Contacts’ search. This only includes contacts of type ‘Contact’ and not of type ‘Customer’.
