Symptoms

When attempting to Revalue Assets, the following message is thrown after selecting the book:

ERROR
-----------------------
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go into Revalue Asset screen
2) Click on + sign to create new revaluation
3) Select Book and Click "Next"
