Error Item is invalid when trying to add most items to requisition. Customer is browsing for items and clicking the add to requisition item. Customer is wondering if the item might be corrupt because it's active and assigned to all orgs.

Item is invalid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Shop page.
2. Browse for an Item, and click to add it to the Requisition.
3. Observe the error received - Item is invalid.
