Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Billing - Transactions

Unable to create transaction using AR Specialist role

Link : ecxi-dev1.fs.em2.oraclecloud.com
 
Username : G4S_IRE_AR_Specialist

User is unable to create transaction with Account Receivable Specialist role.
 

ERROR
-----------------------
The transaction is associated with at least one invalid or closed transaction distribution. Enter a valid transaction distribution.
Sometime userI get FND Value set error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Billing
2. Create Transaction
3.click on “ Complete and Review” or complete.

Due to this issue, users cannot create Transaction
