Customer Import Program Cannot Block Invalid Address Infomation (Doc ID 2161950.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Import

Customer is importing Customers via spreadsheet (ADFDI import). They are getting errors related to geographies. Customer confirms they enabled profile option HZ_IMP_DEFAULT_GEO_VALID_ADDRESS, but for most of the countries the customers are located in, there is no validation defined. They need to know what is causing the errors.

If customer disables profile option HZ_IMP_DEFAULT_GEO_VALID_ADDRESS, they can complete the import without errors.
