Scrolling Through Account Address List Is Very Slow and is showing "Fetching Records" message

Issue description:

When opening an Account record, while scrolling to the list of multiple addressees of that account there are several waiting periods when the "Fetching Records" message appears that
are needed to scroll through the entire list of addressees.
