Territories Were Not Assigned To Sales Account {SALES_ACCOUNT_ID} (Doc ID 2162069.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Territories were not assigned to sales account {SALES_ACCOUNT_ID}

We are unable to assign territory to accounts.
when clicking on Run Assignment we get the following:
Territories were not assigned to sales account {SALES_ACCOUNT_ID}.
This worked in the past in this instance.
The assignment should be based on geography.
