Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to manually change the tax code for a few employees, the following error occurs.

"You can no longer enter a new starter authority for this PAYE component detail."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee errors in P6 upload
2. Attempt to manually change the tax code for the employee
3. Receive error
