Recurring Violations Not Showing On Email (Doc ID 2162495.1)

Recurring Violations are not showing when the manager receives notification to approve/reject an expense report.
Several expense policy violations were tested and nothing is appearing in the email notification for the approval manager under the section called "Recurring Violations".
