Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

Approvals don't send notification after expiring

According to the approvals FAQ (Doc ID 2009603.1) if an approval is set to stop escalating it's supposed to send an FYI message to the initiator of the transaction, in our test environment we aren't seeing this. The approval will expire and I can see it in BPM but the initiator never gets the FYI that the approval has expired. Wondering if something isn't configured properly?
