Oracle Social Network (OSN) One-to-one Conversation No Longer Posts Messages In Desktop Client

On : version, Desktop Client

A one-on one conversation stopped working via the desktop client.  Any attempts to post additional text to the conversation does nothing.  The new text simply does not post.
The one-on-one is still able to be updated via the web client.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Oracle Social Network (OSN) desktop client does not make any difference.
No error is displayed, the intended update just never posts.
