Goal

We need to build a BI Publisher RTF template with dynamic URLs containing data (PERSON_NUM) coming from the data model. When we include the data in the URL, the URL is appearing in the report output, but not the link. We have to manually copy/paste the URL into the browser. We need the links to work and avoid copy/paste.
