On : 11.1.10.0.0 version
Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Cannot view / add Content Type in Talent Profile

User with seeded Employee role cannot add/view Content Type in Talent Profile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to add content type

STEPS
-------
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigator > About Me > Talent Profile
2. Nothing shows.
3. Click 'Edit'.
4. Click 'Add Content Type'. No selection.
