Goal

On: 11.1.11.1.0 version, Mobile Sales App
Need drop down for state and county for USA
When adding an address manually against a contact, when selecting country of UNITED STATES there should be a drop down of values displayed for State and County, similar to what exists on the SIMPLE UI.
Please add the same drop down address fields to the Mobile UI as exist in the Simple UI.

ENHANCEMENT REQUEST
1. Describe how the current product is insufficient:
- Currently the simple UI allows for a drop down so users can enter the State and County from a drop down. The mobile UI does not, requiring users to manually enter the info, which can result in errors if the state entered is not spelled correctly.
 
2. Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request:
- When adding an address manually against a contact, when selecting country of UNITED STATES there should be a drop down of values displayed for State and County, similar to what already exists on the SIMPLE UI.
Please add the same drop down address fields to the Mobile UI as exist in the Simple UI.

3. If possible, identify how the product can be changed to achieve the desired result:
- make the state and county fields drop down choice lists, instead of text entry fields.

4. Explain why Oracle Development should consider the Enhancement Request:
- The mobile UI does not have a drop down for State or County, requiring users to manually enter the info, which can result in errors if the state entered is not spelled correctly.

5. Describe how this Enhancement will benefit the Customer's business:
- It will prevent spelling errors, which could cause error when saving or incorrect state selections (e.g. MO Missouri, vs. MS Mississippi, vs. MI Michigan), and speed up data entry by reducing typing.
 
6. Is this Enhancement affecting an implementation milestone?
- Not yet, but it could. It was brought to our attention during implementation.

7. Please provide and describe the business flow that is affected by this Enhancement:
- Contact entry by sales reps in the field.
