When attempting to run the account assignment process the following error occurs:
JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table MOW_BATCH_ASGN_JOBS with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx], another user holds the lock.
735 out of 735 work objects were completed. 0 work objects successfully processed. 735 work objects failed. (MOW-225127)
