TCC: A Successful "Create Import" Is Not Found By The Zone's "Quick Search"

A TCC import that creates something (e.g., Requisition, Candidate, etc...) is successful. However a subsequent 'quick search' in the zone does not find the entity that was created. (A TCC export does confirm the record is now present however)
