System Does Not Check Period Status When Users Enter Goods And/or Services Receipts (Doc ID 2163773.1)

Users are able to complete a receipt of goods and/or services without a period status validation by the system by means both Self-service Receiving and Warehouse Receiving.
In the previous releases users were not able to create a receipt in an INVENTORY/PURCHASING closed period.

How to prevent users to create Receipt Accounting journals in wrong periods ?
