Error When Public New Custom Field (Doc ID 2163993.1)

On : version, Technology Management - Application Customization

Why we are getting an error when public new field ?

During public new field on opportunity we receive error:

"The object Details Page cannot be updated because of an application error. Your help desk was notified."

Same message for all opportunity pages. New field is Date type.
