1. Short description of requirement : Using enroll by the plan with process "Update Accrual Plan Enrollments", employees will get enrolled with the effective date of the process not with the hire date of the employee
2. Business Need/Justification : due to wrong enrollment date, plans balance will not be as per employee hire date
3. Business Flow that will be involved List all possible flows if more than one exists. This should include any manual/off line flows that are in any way integrated with the on-line flows.
4. Current workaround in the business flow: List any workarounds or alternate flows in place today: HR will manually enroll the employees one by one.
