Fusion - BI Workspace Not Creating New Folder or Allowing "Save As" For Report Books (Doc ID 2164758.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer not able to create or save folders in BI workspace.
No errors occur just does nothing.

Symptoms

BI Workspace is not allowing creation of new folders. When the new folder option is selected from the drop down, nothing happens and no new folder is created.

When trying to open report book in editor and try to "save as", BI workspace freezes and does not allow the report book to be saved.
