Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

Getting the following error message when attempting to enter unrestricted enrollments when having to go back in time: "The selected enrollments result in an overlap with an existing entry for the same element".
ERROR

"The selected enrollments result in an overlap with an existing entry for the same element"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Effective date to a prior date and query the person.
2. From benefits administration menu choose "unrestricted enrollments
3. Screen opens the only the message appears. There are no enrollment opportunities

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The customer is unable to process any Unrestricted Enrollments.
