Goal

Does Order Management support the ability to restrict the display of specific Extensible Flex Fields (EFF) contexts based on an Order Header or Line attribute

The requirement is best illustrated by an exampled:

1. Two Business Units have been defined: BU1 and BU2
2. Two Header EFF Contexts have been defined: EFF_BU1 and EFF_BU2
3. The context - EFF_BU1 - should only be displayed to users who are allowed to manage orders created in BU1
4. The context - EFF_BU2 - should only be displayed to users who are allowed to manage orders created in BU2
