In Fusion, the "Bank Reference" field on the Direct Deposit Source record is required to be 9 characters long.
Bank has asked that the Batch Header Record of the payroll EFT file should be "0NNNNNN0", which is 8 characters long.
If entered 9 characters of "00NNNNNN0" the resulting 8-character value is "00NNNNNN"
If entered 9 characters of "0NNNNNN00" the resulting 8-character value is "10NNNNNN"

Record: Batch Header Record (the "^5" record)
