Fusion Global Payroll (US): Issue with EFT File Batch Header Record: Originating DFI ID

In Fusion, the "Bank Reference" field on the Direct Deposit Source record is required to be 9 characters long.
Bank has asked that the Batch Header Record of the payroll EFT file should be "06100010", which is 8 characters long.
If entered 9 characters of "006100010" the resulting 8-character value is "00610001"
If entered 9 characters of "061000100" the resulting 8-character value is "10610001"

Record: Batch Header Record (the "^5" record)
