Error 'Unexpected Login Error' Attempting to Login to P6 Web (Doc ID 2165258.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log in to P6 web, the following error occurs.

Unexpected login error. Please contact your administrator.

Either there is no P6WebAccess.html log, or it may contain:

ERROR /action/login () com.primavera.pvweb.main.login.LoginDelegate ?:? Error logging in p6webadmin : <address> com.primavera.PhoenixException: ClientDBInfo:loadDefaultCalendar :
...
  Original Exception:
  com.primavera.PhoenixException: loadDefaultCalendar : Multiple default calendar objects .

NOTE: The same user is able to log in to the Professional Client application with no issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to P6 Web
  2. Enter credentials for created user
  3. See error
