Outlook Sync Error: Null connection passed to attachSession

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

User is getting sync error while synchronizing from OSC to Outlook. She has tried to uninstall/install the plugin but still getting an issue.

Error from General log:

[16-07-26 11:57:42.445546,T1620] [ERROR] [first chance exception]: struct resource_manager::resource_not_found: resource id 'error_id-FC0020' not found
[16-07-26 11:57:42.449546,T1620] [ERROR] [connector_site]: [11:57:42.449546],,{first chance exception}: class fusion::fusion_exception_impl: Application experienced technical difficulties. Further troubleshooting should be done by technical support.

The message is oracle.jbo.JboException : Null connection passed to attachSession.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run sync between OSC and outlook

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync data between OSC to outlook
