“Done” Button In Manage Customers Page Does Not Work (Doc ID 2166076.1)

On : Release 11 version, Customer Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Clicking on Done button in Manage Customers UI does not do anything.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicked on Done, it should go to Billing Workarea

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Navigator -> Receivables -> Billing
1. Click on Manage Customers
2. Click on 'Done' button in Manage Customers UI
3. It does not do anything.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot go to Billing Workarea by clicking the 'Done' button.
