Fusion simplified user interface (SUI) address display issue for multiple countries

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Global Human Resources
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logging in as an employee,
2. Click on Home page.
3. About me Icon or Card will be displayed
4. Click >> Personal Information.
5. Contact Information page is displayed >> Edit the address
6. On the bottom there is a Pencil icon which is a Edit option for the address >> Click on the icon
7. After clicking the Address Format is changed
