Unable To Login To Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Login setup was correct, credentials were correct and app version was the latest on app store.
When trying to login to the mobile app, the screen tries to load a web page of Oracle Sales Cloud instead of starting the mobile app layout.
