How An Object Workflow With isAttributeChanged('OwnerId') As Condition Works? (Doc ID 2166590.1)

Last updated on MARCH 16, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Marketing Cloud Service - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Technology Management - Application Customization

The workflow, isAttributeChanged('OwnerId'), is triggered when a user creates a Lead, sets the owner to a different user and saves it. It also triggers when the new owner opens the Lead and accepts the Lead.

Is this the expected behavior (the execution of the workflow for the 2nd time) or unexpected (in the end if isAttributeChanged('OwnerId') is returning true in case the user presses accept but is already the owner)?
