ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Call Link Now Working


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Number of the end-user gets the call informing him/her that he/she will be connected to an agent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the webpage where the CALL link is found and clicking on the link
or
2. Directly call the destination number associated with the CALL link

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, end users are unable to get to the agents.

Changes

 The destination number assigned to the link stopped working.
