CLOUD: Cannot Restore Database From Orec, It Cannot Recognize Date Info Correctly

Symptoms

 With OREC version: 14.1.14-20141124
when attempting to restore their database with "orec --args -latest -cfgfiles" command, it fails with the following errors:

 

DBAAS>orec --args -latest -cfgfiles
