ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multi select choice list values in BI

We are using multi select choice lists and we have observed in reporting the following behavior:
When a single value is selected in the choice list, the reporting output is the proper case display value of the lookup.
When multiple values are selected in the choice list, the reporting output is the all caps lookup code value of the lookup.

This is affecting the appearance of the reports and it makes it difficult to filter when the values are captured in two different ways.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
The rows having multiple values in the column in question should show the proper case value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  In a (custom) multi-select Fixed Choice List (FCL) on an Opportunity in the Sales Cloud user interface, select multiple values.
     Call this field "MultiSelectFCL"
2.  In the same field on a different Opportunity, select only one of the values you selected in step 1.
3.  Build a report displaying this field as a column in the Criteria.
4.  Filter the report to show results for only one Opportunity.
5.  Now add a filter on the "MultiSelectFCL" column with "contains all" operator and try to filter on "ChoiceFive" (You get no results). Edit this filter with operator "contains all" and filter on "CHOICEFIVE". You get a result.
      - Note: Filters seem to be performed on the Lookup Type return values instead of the Meaning values.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The reporting output is the all caps Lookup Code value(s) of the field selection(s).
This makes it difficult to filter when the values are returned in two different ways.
