Issues using OSN in PCS

No error seen regarding Conversations, it shows DOCS integration as successful, and the serviceaccount user assigned the
Conversations options do show up in Composer when developing the process
flow.when trying to start the application, and try to view or add to the conversation
from the WebForm using the "Conversation" button on the right side of the
screen under "Documents" button, there are no items in conversation from the
automated posting configured. How to add to the conversation at this point ?
