Collection of planning data for UOM in target mode is erroring out in the load entity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Planning Central
2. Click on Collect Planning Data
3. Select instance "OPS" and  select mode as "Target" mode
4. Select entity Unit of Measure
5. In Collection Filters select desired ORG
6. Click on Submit
7. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
8. Check the status of the collection job set

The load entity errors out and the log file displays:

Due to this issue, collection is affected so Planning Central cannot be used to run plans
