Parent Partner Field Is Not Synchronized From OSC To SFDC

Parent Partner field is not synced from OSC to SFDC

While testing the partner OSC to SFDC flow it was observed that whenever Parent Partner is updated in OSC and clicked on Save or Save and Close, no trigger is observed at the middleware to sync with SFDC. But soon after that, if any other field in the Partner page is updated and saved, Parent Partner value is also synced to SFDC. 

The data related to partner should be synchronized with SFDC after updating the Parent Partner field in OSC.
