Symptoms

Unable to access the Manage Invoice Options window...receive message "You do not have permission to access this information."

Steps:

Setup and Maintenance
Search for task: Manage Invoice Options
Click on Go To Task
Get message "You do not have permission to access this information."

If the user drills down from parent task using the navigation below, user is able to access this task
