Integration: No Preview Displays when Testing an External Call (Doc ID 2168161.1)

Symptoms

When testing an external call, after clicking Prepare for Test, no information is displayed in the Testing Data section (under Settings  > Platform Extensions : Integration > Outbound > External Calls > open desired external call > Options > Test External Call > select contact > Prepare for Test).
