Symptoms

A newly created Bill to Customer is not shown in the LOV on the Order Creation UI

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Order Creation uI
2. Enter customer and select business unit
3. Bill to customer is not displayed in the LOV
