Getting blank screen for some objects

Our staging environment got upgraded to release 11, so after upgradation when we click on any standard object like account, contact, opportunities, etc. getting a blank screen, when we click on create page and on the detail page.
Please find below attached document :Displaying Blank Page.

1 - Do you confirm this issue started to happen immediate after Upgrade to R11 ?
A:Yes,it is started after upgrade to R11

2 - Does this issue happen for only 1 user or more users?
A:It is for all users.

3 - If you go to application composer on any of the objects reported with this issue, can you access the Page Layout ?
A:I can access the page layout.

4 - Do You get Blank:
A: create records.
- After OWC it was determined that the issue localized on Create Record for all Objects

5 - Is the same behavior observed on Desktop UI?
A: I am able to access object in desktop UI.

Should not not see blank page on objects

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open any Object in details page and you will see blank page

The issue has the following business impact:
Can not use the objects.
