Goal

Oracle Fusion General Ledger supports configuration of approval rules for journal batch approval using the Approvals Management Extensions (AMX) of
Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) Suite.
BPM provides the interface to administer the approval rules.
This note provides basic information on how to define journal approval rules.
