Issues With Person Management Pages

When you navigate to Person Management and enter search criteria, hit search, then the screen almost looks like it reloads and the search criteria disappears. After this happens, you can enter information into the search. Once you open up an employee's record in Person Management, the action links on the right side do not load. If you hit the top Done button, then a BLANK warning message appears with only Yes or No buttons. If click Yes, then an application error appears. Once you click ok on the error, then the action links load.
