ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an account from Simplified UI, the account name displayed is concatenated with address of that account on the overview page like this: Account Name (City, Country Code)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to see only the account name, not the city and country code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud Application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Click the Create Account button
4. Enter the account name and address
5. Save
6. The name appears in the page header as Account Name (City, Country Code)

Also:
1) Use Advanced Search to search for account
2) The name appears as Account Name (City, Country Code)
