Symptoms
Opening the link from the candidate correspondence to access a screening service / assessment opens a login page which prompts for an email address and password, and this login page belongs to a Career Section of type Agency Portal.
Since Agency Portals can only be accessed by agents, its is not possible for candidates to sign in, therefore preventing them to access the screening service / assessment.
The issue happens only when the candidate was referred by an agent initially.
