E2B import: Observe Study Type field is not populated with a value. Field is grayed out.

Steps:
-Import an E2B file confirming <observestudytype> field value is 1

-Accepting the case in Argus and notice that "Observe Study Type" field in Case Form > General Tab > Study Information section has no value.
