Fusion Global HR Rel11: Need to Click Twice Search Button in Person Search and There are Two Done Buttons in Manage Employment

Facing issues in person management after upgrade to release 11.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 271, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to person management, give any number in person number field and press enter. It gives no results and just refreshes the page, again if I give any number in person number field,now it will give the result.
2. Open any employee record, it navigates to Manage Employment page. It shows 2 "Done" buttons, but no other place to go to Manage Person/Manage Salary tasks (right task stripe is not shown).
3. Once user clicks on 2nd done button, it gives a warning and now List button, work contacts button appears on right hand side.
4. No text on warning message, click Yes on it, gives above Error.
