Cannot Add Picture Or Signature To Tracking Events From The OTM Mobile Application (Doc ID 2170094.1)

When uploading a picture and signature as part of a tracking event from the OTM mobile application, both the picture and signature do not get reflected as part of the tracking event within the mobile application and an error is observed on the screen. The signature and picture also are not listed as documents to their respective shipment from within the OTM web application.

The following error is observed on the mobile screen:

It is expected to be able to upload signature and picture to a tracking event and be able to view them as part of the tracking event.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM mobile application
2. Select a tendered shipment
3. Add a tracking event to one of the shipment stops
4. Within the tracking event, upload a picture and sign a signature, then submit the tracking event.
5. The signature and picture are not displayed as part of the tracking event.
