Passport: Email Link Expires Prior to "Candidate Must Respond"

Information in this document applies to any platform.


The service invitation email link sent to the candidate for a screening service is expiring the same day the email is sent.  This is happening even though the Candidate Must Answer Email Within setting was set to values that should result in more than one day, and even blank (never expire).
