Symptoms

While processing the Conversion Life Event for an employee, the below error is displayed:

Error occurred running Participation Process -- Life Events. Error Message is -- ORA-20001: The participation process retrieved no compensation objects based on the selection criteria that you specified. Details: This error occurred in the BUILD_COMP_OBJECT_LIST procedure within the BEN_COMP_OBJECT_LIST package. Revise the participation process parameters by setting an appropriate effective date or making the filter criteria less restrictive.
