Leads Do Not Show Creation Date In Outlook (Doc ID 2170421.1)

Symptoms

On Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In R11 env, leads do not show creation date in Outlook. In R10 POD, same leads show a creation date


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Leads created in SUI/Outlook should show creation date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a new Sandbox
2) Select Application Sales
3) Select Standard Objects > Sales Lead > Pages
4) Select Outlook Pages
5) Under List Views, select Edit List Views
6) Edit All Sales Leads
7) Move Creation Date (API CreationDateFormatted) from Available Fields to Selected Fields
8) Save and Close
9) Hit Done
10) Publish sandbox
11) Sync All Changes in Outlook to pick up new package
12) All sync to complete
13) In Outlook Click "Leads" to open List view
14) The Creation Date is displayed as None for existing Leads
15) Create a new Lead in Outlook or SUI and Sync
16) Notice "Creation Date" is None in List View
17) Run "Sync all changes" and "Creation Date" is None in List View
